Water damage to your home or property is a serious problem primarily because water pockets and water damage can be hidden and therefore missed by visual inspection. In order to detect moisture in areas that are difficult to inspect, we use thermal imaging technology for fast and accurate assessments of the damage. Infrared energy is heat, and sensors are able to create heat (thermal) images of areas around your home based on these differences in temperature The thermal imaging sensors can detect moisture without the necessity of tearing out walls, wallboard or plaster to inspect for problems. The technology is noninvasive and non-contact.

Our fast and accurate assessment of all the water damage to your home is good for you and for your insurance company. We find the hidden water damage and the hidden pockets of water before repairs are begun so estimates are accurate. Thermal imaging also allows us to do restorations completely and correctly the first time. We use state-of-the-art infrared cameras to quickly detect unseen water damage on your property for insurance claims.

Therefore, in many cases we can speed up your claim process. In addition to thermal imaging, we also use hygrometers and moisture meters to ensure that the infrared camera results are accurate. The information allows us to properly place drying equipment to facilitate a faster and more effective restoration.

With our combination of thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters and hygrometers, we are able to provide the most thorough water damage assessment possible. Our staff is certified and highly experienced with these water detection technologies.
