Infrared energy is heat, and sensors are able to create heat (thermal) images of areas around your home based on these differences in temperature The thermal imaging sensors can detect moisture without the necessity of tearing out walls, wallboard or plaster to inspect for problems. The technology is noninvasive and non-contact.

We find the hidden water damage and the hidden pockets of water before repairs are begun so estimates are accurate. Thermal imaging also allows us to do restorations completely and correctly the first time.
